Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Returns

  • We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@safehouseus.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Firearms and ammunition are subject to additional restrictions and may not be eligible for return due to legal and safety regulations. Please contact us for specific details.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and issue a replacement or refund upon inspection.

All firearms purchased or transferred through Safe House must be picked up within 30 days of arrival. If the item is not picked up within that timeframe, Safe House reserves the right to reacquire it into our FFL inventory and resell it. Deposits and payments on unclaimed items are non-refundable unless prior written approval for an extension is granted by management.
